  "Description": "A tool for Hierarchical Climate Regionalization applicable\nto any correlation-based clustering. It adds several features\nand a new clustering method (called, 'regional' linkage) to\nhierarchical clustering in R ('hclust' function in 'stats'\nlibrary): data regridding, coarsening spatial resolution,\ngeographic masking, contiguity-constrained clustering, data\nfiltering by mean and/or variance thresholds, data\npreprocessing (detrending, standardization, and PCA), faster\ncorrelation function with preliminary big data support,\ndifferent clustering methods, hybrid hierarchical clustering,\nmultivariate clustering (MVC), cluster validation,\nvisualization of regionalization results, and exporting region\nmap and mean timeseries into NetCDF-4 file.
